If you want to make use of your cooling-off period within 14 days, you can contact us either by phone or email.

Products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other products, cannot be returned. This relates to point 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, points 10.6 and 10.7 and 10.9. Our products are specially custom freshly made after ordering. The other standard products on the webshop are the standard returns, which is why we have an extensive contact page.

As soon as we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation. You will be reimbursed the purchase amount + shipping costs, but the return shipping costs are for your own account. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days.

 

The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to refund until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Products in poor condition

As a customer, you are entitled to a sound product. Products that do not reach you in good condition should only be returned after contact with Cannabi Omega. Items for which the safety packaging has been broken can therefore not be returned without explicit contact with customer service.

Receiving the wrong product

If it happens that you have received the wrong product, please let us know by email or telephone, we will discuss with you what we are going to do, return or you can keep the product. We do ask for a photo as proof.

We will then ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible.
